Delivery & Returns
Your SANTAVANITAS Jewellery will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. We ship all orders through registered, recorded delivery, and we are happy to help with any urgent delivery requests.
For pieces that are Made to Order (18kt solid gold and special sizes), please allow us 14-21 working days before shipping.
Whilst we do not accept returns, we are happy to exchange any item within 7 days of delivery. Please do contact us if you would like any information about a particular jewellery piece or further images.
ATTENTION: Due to safety and hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges on any earrings.
You will receive a confirmation email within the 24 hours of placing your order. If you do not receive it, contact us as soon as possible.
Orders placed after 1:30pm CET will be shipped the following business day.
Orders placed on Friday after 1:30pm CET, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Note: Many shipping companies do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
SANTAVANITAS LTD. is not responsible for any delays or issues once the order has left our warehouse. Once the order is in transit, we will gladly work with the shipping company to assist with any issues.
Note: During promotional periods and holidays, please expect longer than normal delivery times as we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays (Zaragoza, Spain – Bank Holiday). During this time, there may be delays, where SANTAVANITAS LTD. is not responsible.
Please ensure that an accurate and complete shipping address is entered, as we are unable to ship orders to PO boxes.
SANTAVANITAS LTD. is not responsible if a currier’s Access Point closes temporarily for vacation, etc and delivery is delayed.
If you have placed your order with an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible here. We will make every attempt to process the address adjustment on our end, however once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will be unable to change the address at this time. SANTAVANITAS LTD. is not responsible for incorrect addresses.
International Taxes and Duties:
SANTAVANITAS LTD. is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales which may occur upon delivery.
Packages may be delayed due to customs or other external reasons for which SANTAVANITAS LTD. is not responsible.
If you believe the item(s) that you have received are defective, please contact us here immediately. Once we have reviewed your claim, we will proceed with the exchange of the defected item for a new piece.
Note: If your jewel has been manipulated or repaired, we will unfortunately be unable to proceed with any solution.
We recommend that you include the below details when you e-mail us:
• Your order number
• A description of the defect
• Photo(s) showing the defect
In the event that you receive an item which you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will be happy to rectify it for you.
